Changes for version 0.02 - 2017-08-21

Move bin/testml-perl5 to bin/testml-pl5 because of way that prove works with hashbangs.

Bin Script for TestML

To install TestML::Bin, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TestML::Bin

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TestML::Bin
