Changes for version 1.240

[FEATURE] Now, destroying of object can produce warnings if some commands were not completed.
[BUGFIX] Fixed parsing of empty bulk reply.
Error codes E_INVALID_PASS and E_OPRN_NOT_PERMITTED were joined with code E_OPRN_ERROR.
Unit-tests completely rewritten using module Test::RedisServer.
