Changes for version 0.16 - 2014-11-13

dropped cpanfile support, as it forced users of this module to update too many modules, especially while testing backward compatibility with older perls.

do use_ok() for all the MANIFESTed modules

To install Test::UseAllModules, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::UseAllModules

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::UseAllModules
