Changes for version 0.06 - 2013-09-25

changed to parse 00whois.xml to get better (accented etc) names. (suggested by dolmen++)

creates a partial CPAN mirror for tests

To install WorePAN, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WorePAN

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WorePAN
