Added name_is, write_string
Changed "sequence_number" to "serial_number" for atoms to comply with standard PDB nomenclature (INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE!!!)

cpanm Chemistry::File::PDB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Chemistry::File::PDB
