Added write_string (smiles output). Aromatic atoms and disconnected structures are still not properly implemented.

SMILES parser

To install Chemistry::File::SMILES, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Chemistry::File::SMILES

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Chemistry::File::SMILES
