Changes for version 0.11

Now the default atom and bond handlers call new_atom and new_bond instead of creating the atom and bond themselves.
Fixed a POD error.

SMILES parser

To install Chemistry::Smiles, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Chemistry::Smiles

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Chemistry::Smiles
