Pod-Index-0.11

Changes for version 0.11 - 2005-08-01

Added context to the POD entries.
Added subtopic support.
Changed file format: now instead of file:line, it uses podname\tline
The hashref returned by Pod::Index::Builder->pod_index now has Pod::Index::Entry as values.
Various bug and typo fixes.
