Took code from CGI::Wiki::Plugin::Locator::UK modifying it to use lat/long and zone/east/north UTM

A CGI::Wiki plugin to manage international location data.

To install CGI::Wiki::Plugin::Locator::UTM, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Wiki::Plugin::Locator::UTM

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Wiki::Plugin::Locator::UTM
