Changes for version 0.03

A major revision of the API. Instead of the user supplying a regex as 'path', the user supplies a globbing string. Added append and prepend methods.

Enhanced glob processing

To install File::Wildcard, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Wildcard

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Wildcard
