Updated Hypatia::DBI so that an active database handle can be passed into the dbh attribute (as per https://github.com/jackmaney/Hypatia/issues/1).
Added an acknowledgements section to Hypatia.pm
Fixed a typo in the test dbi_table.t
A few documentation fixes.
