Changes for version 0.04 - 2005-01-29

permit suppression of annotations selected peaks labelled with a leading '@'. Note that when this option is selected, those peaks are still colored according to their annotations.

Perl extension for viewing a mass spectrum.

To install MassSpec::ViewSpectrum, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MassSpec::ViewSpectrum

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MassSpec::ViewSpectrum
