Changes for version 0.18 - 2010-09-28

Add an introductory paragraph to the CONFIGURATION documentation section in bin/ftnpldb-admin and bin/ftnpldb-nodelist.
Move the definition of the script log file from being a separate script option to the LogFile item in the configuration file.
Change the open_ftndb function to being called with a single reference to a hash containing the items: Type, Name, User, & Password.
