Changes for version 0.05

The distribution now includes TeX::DVI and TeX::DVI::Parse. Tests extended. Added close method.
Changes for TeX::DVI:

write out TeX's DVI (DeVice Independent) file

parse TeX's DVI output file

in lib/TeX/DVI/Parse.pm

To install TeX::DVI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TeX::DVI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TeX::DVI
