Added Class::ObjectTemplate to PREREQ_PM hash in Makefile.PL so that CPAN will automatically install it.

Perl extension for an optimized template builder base class with lookup capability.

To install Class::ObjectTemplate::DB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Class::ObjectTemplate::DB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Class::ObjectTemplate::DB
