Changes for version 3.12 - 2017-02-09

Fix deadlock caused by combination of dequeue_nb, enqueue and queue size limit (Bug #120157 - fix by Chad Fox)
Prevent calling dequeue methods with COUNT > LIMIT

Thread-safe queues

To install Thread::Queue, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Queue

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Queue
