Changes for version 1.24

finally realized that w3c requires tfoot to come before tbody ... fixed
added DBIx::Password compatibility, any blessed ref passed to constructor that matches /^DBIx?::/ will work

SQL query result set to XML-based HTML table.

To install DBIx::XHTML_Table, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DBIx::XHTML_Table

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBIx::XHTML_Table
