added github meta to makefile
reformatted source code to use spaces for indentation instead of tabs -- all repo changes prior to 1.37 are gone anyway

To install DBIx::XHTML_Table, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DBIx::XHTML_Table

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBIx::XHTML_Table
