Changes for version 2.12

Add "requires" item in Build.PL to insist on a Math::Complex version greater than 1.36. This makes the Complex.txt file unnecessary since I won't have to explain about the old bug in the im() function.

Find the roots of polynomial equations.

To install Math::Polynomial::Solve, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Polynomial::Solve

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Polynomial::Solve
