left/rigth navigation bug fix
- right from 'all' selects hours
- left from 'all' selects meridiem
- left to previous widget when cursor is in position 0
- right to next widget when cursor is in last position

To install Gtk2::Ex::TimeEntry, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Gtk2::Ex::TimeEntry

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Gtk2::Ex::TimeEntry
