Changes for version 0.02 - 2014-07-06

  • Need to run ship twice: One for build, and one for ship
  • Use the default MANIFEST.SKIP file in addition to custom rules
  • Add "clean" for Perl project
  • Add Makefile.PL and README to git repository on build
  • Add EXE_FILES to Makefile.PL
  • Fix MANIFEST.SKIP to make a proper release
