CatalystX::Controller::Sugar::Plugin will export a custom has() which will set "is=>ro" and "lazy=>1", if not specified from user input

To install CatalystX::Controller::Sugar, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CatalystX::Controller::Sugar

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CatalystX::Controller::Sugar
