Changes for version 0.04

Renamed all exported C functions to have a "dsb_" prefix to hopefully be something unlikely to conflict with another module.
Updated documentation. It used to document a stackBlech() function but that never existed.
Devel::StackBlech is no longer dependant on having Devel::StackBlech 4294967295.0 pre-installed.

Dumps your stack, all of it, somewhere

To install Devel::StackBlech, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Devel::StackBlech

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Devel::StackBlech
