Changes for version 0.02

Now with tests for overloading too. It doesn't pass tests but that's the point. I'd like the CPAN version to fail its tests.

Turns ref() into a multimethod

To install UNIVERSAL::ref, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm UNIVERSAL::ref

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install UNIVERSAL::ref
