Changes for version 0.08

Added B::Utils as a requirement. All functions compiled before loading UNIVERSAL::ref are hooked. TODO: change the functions that are still being compiled.

Turns ref() into a multimethod

To install UNIVERSAL::ref, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm UNIVERSAL::ref

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install UNIVERSAL::ref
