Changes for version 0.09

Moved the hook logic into perl from XS. Uses 5.10's ->DOES when possible. Separates out the idea of hooked classes and classes that need the truth.

Turns ref() into a multimethod

To install UNIVERSAL::ref, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm UNIVERSAL::ref

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install UNIVERSAL::ref
