Changes for version 0.16 - 2015-10-18

DEPRECATION NOTICE: child_counts() and get_child_count() are deprecated in favor of descendant_counts() and get_descendant_count(). They will be removed in first CPAN release in 2016.
Add examples/walk_tree.pl, contributed by Ron Savage.
