Don't use Test::NoWarnings in all the tests - XML::Parser throws warnings in CPAN Smokers

To install Test::XML::Deep, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::XML::Deep

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::XML::Deep
