Add more MIDI event test functions. Break the midi_track interface a bit. Improve the documentation.

To install Test2::Tools::MIDI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test2::Tools::MIDI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test2::Tools::MIDI
