Changes for version 0.10

Added description to NAME section in G::B::Constants
Constants put to wider use in Games::Bingo modules
Added POD for NUMBER_OF_COLUMNS_IN_CARD constant to Games::Bingo::Constants
Removed requirement of Games::Bingo 0.05 in Games::Bingo::Card, hence they are shipped together (for now)

To install Games::Bingo, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Games::Bingo
