- Fix defaults for options --list-delimiter and --rfc822-delimiter (was one space too many).
- Fix stop use obsolete undocumented String::Copyright blocks method.
- Fix use NONE for no authors with option --deb-machine.

- Tighten dependency on String::Copyright.
