NAME

Physics::PVD::DSMC - Direct Simulation Monte Carlo for PVD vapor transport

DESCRIPTION

Simulates the kinetic transport of sputtered atoms through a background gas from target to substrate. Handles free-molecular, transitional, and continuum flow regimes. Models Thompson energy distribution, cosine^n angular emission, and gas-phase scattering.

To install Physics::PVD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
