AI-NeuralNet-FastSOM

A mostly drop-in replacement for AI::NeuralNet::SOM, but faster.
Really, just a shameless rip of Robert Barta's code with most of the
heavy lifting moved to C.
INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
DEPENDENCIES
This module requires a working C compiler.
