Restructure chord definitions. Default is now an orthogonal set of basic chords. Additional legacy weirdo's are available in "guitar-legacy.json".
Allow chord definitions with multiple names. See the docs.

Fix erroneous transposing of transcoded chords.
Fix erroneous recall of chorus from previous song.
Fix missing fret positions in {chord}.
