Changes for version 1.430

Improve abstractions. By default, export 'getresource' that mostly DWIMs. 'use App::Packager' now requires a ':name' and the package name, e.g.
use App::Packager qw( :name My::App );

Abstraction for Packagers

To install App::Packager, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::Packager

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::Packager
