Add --reuse option to reuse saved fetch results (for developing/debugging). Add CatsCafeComics, RandyOtter, SkeletonClaw, ItchyFeetComic. Fix patterns for Channelate, Glasbergen, Russmo, SavageChickens, DoodleForFood, PoorlyDrawnLines, GeekAndPoke.
