Include post_fetch_filter constructor parameter. Allows users to protect mailmerge tags
Include example for new feature under t/fetch-filter.t
Update MANIFEST with example

Library for converting CSS <style> blocks to inline styles.

To install CSS::Inliner, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CSS::Inliner

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CSS::Inliner
