compatibility with Plack::Middleware::AccessLog if reqtime is undefined, use "-" instead of "0" for %D and %T.

Compile LogFormat to perl-code

To install Apache::LogFormat::Compiler, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::LogFormat::Compiler

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::LogFormat::Compiler
