%LJS_Defaults and %LJS_Defaults_keywords available for modifying default preferences
preferences can be set through environment variables
remove tests thought to be dependent to mecab version (or to the dictionary used)
[win32] test suite now defaults to shift_jis and expects mecab in C:/Program Files/MeCab

To install Lingua::JA::Summarize, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::JA::Summarize

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::JA::Summarize
