set dynamic_config to 0 so that CPAN.pm will install depending modules (hopefully)

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm KAZUHO/incline-0.04.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install KAZUHO/incline-0.04.tar.gz
