Changes for version 0.03

  • break the old Getopt::Std interface, remove Getopt::Std and replace by set_opt(). add a new subroutine init_pipe(). remove option/functionality "-s" silent remove subroutines page_print(), page_say(), page_msg_print(), page_msg_say() and replace by a subroutine fh() that returns a filehandle
