Changes for version 0.04

replace use Win32::OLE::Const 'Microsoft Excel'; by hardcoded constants to resolve problems where the constant "xlExcel8" wouldn't compile for Excel 2000 add function get_xver()

Convert from and to *.xls, *.csv using Win32::OLE

To install Win32::Scsv, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::Scsv

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::Scsv
