ENHANCEMENTS
- add new function XLRef() to convert col/line coordinates into "A1" style references, for example, XLRef(28, 22) = "AB22"

Convert from and to *.xls, *.csv using Win32::OLE

To install Win32::Scsv, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

perl -MCPAN -e shell
