Bug Fixes
- Exceptions needs qw( :all ) to export the exception() util.
- File::HomeDir paths changed because XDG systems are weird.
Tests
- A File::Tempdir is now configured and assigned to $ENV{HOME} internally for testing as tests will create those paths.
