Changes for version 0.03

Removed the test for pod-coverage. I don't use that style for writting documentation. Fixes a problem reported by the perl testers.

Perl extension for the POE Environment

To install POE::Filter::Stomp, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Filter::Stomp

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Filter::Stomp
