Changes for version 0.18.0 - 2026-07-07

  • Load the build manifest lazily per render (cached on mtime/size) instead of once at plugin-register time, so booting before the first `bf build` completes no longer disables ssrDefaults stash seeding for the server's lifetime (GH#2126). Manifest rewrites are picked up without a server restart.
