added comamnd line format(capnurl Distribution-Version) removed ":dist" suffix removed auto detecttion of distribution name when it contain "-" argument http:// or https:// is passed through.

To install App::cpanurl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::cpanurl

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::cpanurl
