    • Expand the scope of global_file_lock to cover the entire process of DLL loading and symbol resolution to prevent race conditions.

    • Remove redundant file existence and content comparison logic after moving temporary files in spurt_binary_parallel_safe.
    • Ensure atomic and isolated file writes in spurt_binary_parallel_safe by using unique temporary directories for each call.
    • Remove the non-parallel-safe spurt_binary method and unify all file writes to use spurt_binary_parallel_safe to prevent race conditions.
