Fixed main.t so tests now use title cased country names. Corrected typos in Changes, README, SubCountry.pm demo.pl, thanks to Glenn Fowler

convert state, province, county etc. names to/from code

data for Locale::SubCountry in XML format

in lib/Locale/SubCountry.pm

To install Locale::SubCountry::World, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Locale::SubCountry::World

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Locale::SubCountry::World
