Test that we can fetch and cache

SYNOPSIS

It may come in handy to enable logging for debugging purposes, e.g.:

LOG_ADAPTER=Screen DEBUG=1 prove -lv t/analysis.t

This requires that Log::Any::Adapter::Screen is installed.
